About
Exploring the qualities of life through authentic expression. Noticing the authenticity through my own in-authenticity. Music for me has been a catalyst that has shown me what it means truly to be a human being. Always being in between the border of “I know” and “I don’t know” like dancing on the border of chaos and order. The same as how music has ‘structure’ and improvisation as does life. We always have somewhere to be, something to do, some message that is waiting to get across. In music it is a medicine journey that we all embark on together… like some getaway cruise vacation. It is not about the amount of notes you can play or what they say it means to be a virtuoso for me it is deeper than that. It is about expressing yourself honestly. Staying true to yourself and authentically express that part of you that is yearning for their turn on the spotlight. No matter if it is a cover or improvisation.
“It is easy for me to put on a show and be cocky, I can show you some really fancy movement. But, to express oneself honestly, not lying to myself, and to express myself honestly, now that my friend is very hard to do.”
-Bruce Lee
I would like to thank and dedicate this space to Estas Tonne who I take a lot of inspiration from and have eternal gratefulness and love for his existence.
In August of 2018 I was blessed to have the opportunity to voyage to Europe at the age of 19 and have a masterclass of authentic expression under the guidance of Estas Tonne in Austria. At this time I also went to Berlin, Barcelona, Switzerland, and Croatia and it is where my passion for music and guitar really exploded. A lot of my music has inspiration from technique and sounds of Estas Tonne, while there is also influences of other gypsy music as well I must give credit to Estas Tonne as my biggest inspiration as a spiritual leader, musician, and human.
